Welcome to Eudora, Kansas "A Place to Grow"
Eudora Is home to growing families, young adults, professionals and retirees who have proudly chosen its small town charm to call home. Situated on K-10 Highway between Lawrence, Desoto and the KC metro area, Eudora's proximity and award winning schools make this bedroom community a desirable location to live. The Nottingham Center Development will be an integral artery to the support and growth of the community. Attracting new businesses, revenue, people and families to Eudora will enhance quality of life and communal engagement.
The Nottingham Center Development is ideally located in proximity to the K-10 Highway access. The mixed-Use development will have an urban hometown feel that will include living options, retail, services and dining. Centered around the "Village Green," the environment will be a place for people to enjoy, relax, walk and to engage with friends, family and the local community.
The Nottingham Development will be done in two phases.
Phase 1 (Expected Completion December 2027) will include Lot 6, south of Wendy's and the Village green. As well as, lot 2 which is just to the north of Scooters. The concept phase includes approximately 84 spacious apartment lofts and up to 24,000 sq.ft. of retail/service space with a dedicated space for a cafe, which includes the potential of an outdoor patio area overlooking the "Village Green.”
Phase 2 (Expected Completion December 2028) will include all other areas (lots 8-11) of the Nottingham Center to the North of the "Village Green" The concept phase includes approximately 56 spacious apartment lofts that will include clubhouse facilities for the "Village Loft" apartments and "The Villas." As well as, up to 31,000 square feet of additional retail/service/dining space potential. Adjacent to the north side of the "Village Green" there is a dedicated space for a dining venue with potential outdoor seating with the capacity for some outdoor activities, such as pickle ball, horse shoes or bocce ball.
When fully completed the Nottingham Center will be home to “The Village Green” a public community space, “The Village Shops,” “The Village Lofts and,“The Village Villas.”

The Shops at Nottingham:
We envision a variety of retail options, services, office and dining opportunities that will fill the potential 50K sq. ft. of space. Attracting and keeping the spending dollars in the local community benefits Eudora. Having much needed cafe/dining options will provide an environment to gather and meet friends, family and coworkers.
The Village Lofts at Nottingham:
Quality spacious apartment lofts will be available in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. There will be approximately 140 apartment units in total (TBD). These apartments will have washer/dryer units and include amenities and quality finishes that will enhance a standard of excellence at the "Village Lofts"
The Villas at Nottingham:
These two story villas (approx. 10) are spacious and provide a larger square footage footprint. Connected to the Nottingham Center Development from the North end, it provides connectivity to the "Village Lifestyle" living experience where you can enjoy a leisurely walk around the "Village", shop, eat, bank and relax all within steps of your home.
